Pre Placement Drive (TCS) 2026-27
The Placement Cell of Shri Chinai College of Commerce & Economics, in collaboration with IQAC, organized a Pre-Placement Drive on 1st September 2026 (Tuesday) at 9:30 a.m. in the College Auditorium. The drive was conducted for students of T.Y.B. Com, B. Com (Management Studies), B.B.I., B.F.M., and B.A.F.
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) was invited to provide students with industry exposure and guidance regarding career opportunities and the corporate recruitment process. Mr. Dmello Makari, HRM Executive, served as the resource person and shared valuable insights on recruitment procedures, employability skills, interview preparation, and corporate expectations. The programme began with a welcome address by Asst. Prof. Bharat Kisan Shirgaonkar and Asst. Prof. Vaishali Pandey. Principal Dr. Balaji Kamble addressed the students and highlighted the importance of placement opportunities and career preparedness. Vice Principal Dr. Chetan Panchal emphasized the significance of industry interaction and skill development. Objectives
• To create awareness about career and placement opportunities.
• To familiarize students with the corporate recruitment process.
• To enhance employability, communication, and interview skills.
• To bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements.
• To motivate students towards career planning and professional development.
A total of 93 students actively participated in the Pre-Placement Drive. The programme was successful in providing students with valuable industry exposure, career guidance, and professional insights, thereby enhancing their readiness for future employment opportunities.
